Shelby Jean McKinney, 65, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on November 21, 2020 surrounded by her family. Born on January 19, 1955 in Bell County, Kentucky, daughter of Arthur and Imajean (nee Parker) Frasure. She was the beloved mother of Melissa (Allen Brown) McKinney, Tammy (Michael) Miller, Roy (Mary) McKinney, and Marleena Capehart; loving grandmother of Jarred, Shelby (Gavyn), Quenton, Isaac, Eric, Megan (Connor), Tyler, Ryan, Emily, Randy, Isaiah, Abel (Patricia), Sergio, Christian, Dominic, and Gabriel; proud great-grandmother of Rosemary, Everlee, Evelyn, and Emmett; dear sister of Carolyn (Rick) Jones, Ronald Frasure, and Darrell Frasure; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Shelby was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McKinney. A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Blanchester IOOF Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
