Sheila D. Balzer (nee Devins). Beloved wife of 63 years to Charles Balzer. Loving mother of Chris, Steve, Matt, Jill, Jeff, Russ and Ryan. Cherished grandmother of Carrie, Nic, Devon, Bradley, Rachel, Jake, John, Sophie and Charlotte. Great grandmother of Miles, Rowan and Emerson. Sister of the late Patricia, Peggy and Marion. Passed away November 2, 2018 at the age of 81. Sheila's life was her family. She was a Cub Scout leader for 10 years and was a faithful supporter of many charities. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Private services will be held.
