Sandra "Sandy" M. (nee Sapp) Spencer of Mt. Carmel, OH., passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 75. Sandy was born on August 1, 1950, in New Richmond, OH to Archie and Deana Sapp.

Sandy was the beloved wife of 58 years to Robert Lee Spencer, loving mother of Robynn Colwell, caring grandmother of Katie Colwell, Allen Colwell and Jake Colwell, dear sister of Tammy Ferrier and the late William "Bill" Sapp, cherished daughter of the late Archie Sapp and Deana (nee Adams) Popham. Also survived by two nephews, one niece, many relatives and friends.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 12 Noon on Friday, January 16 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 12 Noon on Friday. Pastor Phil Hopper officiating. The interment will take place at Plainview Cemetery, Wayne Township, OH.
