Samantha "Sammy" Reagan, age 12, of South Lebanon, passed away suddenly January 21, 2013. Sammy is the beloved daughter of Bill and Jill Reagan. Sammy was a 6th Grader at Columbia Intermediate School in the Kings School District, along with her twin brother Jack and younger brother Brian. The family are members at Rivers Crossing Community Church located at 5937 Kings Island Dr., Mason, OH 45040, where friends will be received for a visitation / viewing on Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. A Celebration Service will be held at 3:30 PM on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Hope Church, 4934 Western Row Road, Mason, OH 45040.
