Loving mother of Wanda Garner, Phyllis Tarter, Karen (Mike) Schaffer, Vickie (Jim) Laird, Deborah Beadinghaus, Samuel (April) Burwick, Daniel (Shelley) Burwick, Cathleen Burwick and the late Ricky Burwick. Caring grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Doug and Millard "Bill" Carter, Floyd, Johnny and Issaic Burwick and the late Nettie Burnstein, Brenda Crabtree, Shirley and Curtis Carter. Cherished daughter of the late Howard and Rose Nell (nee Cowan) Carter. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pastor Jeff Wolf will be officiating the service for Sally.
