S. Pauline Tanner

Stella Pauline (nee Sutton) Tanner of Loveland, OH, passed away after a long illness on March 19, 2026, at the age of 95. Pauline was born on July 9, 1930, in Somerset, KY to Luther and Lela Sutton. 

Pauline was the beloved wife of James H. Tanner, loving mother of Carolyn (Michael) Kidd, Linda (Don) Morris, Sharon Tanner and the late David Tanner, caring grandma of Becky (Phillip) Vaughn, Rachel (Chuck) Chatham, Emily (Jason) Ellis, Anna (Wes) Moss, Kathryn (Tracy) Morris-James and Donald (Sarah) Morris III, proud great-grandma of Sarah, Grace and Allie Morris, William, Emma, Amelia, and Evelyn Chatham, Ruby Vaughn, Avery and Ava Moss, dear sister of Eleanor Lovins and the late Frank, Harold, Clarence and Thomas Sutton and Thelma Coyler, cherished daughter of the late Luther and Lela (nee Smith) Sutton. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. 

The interment will take place at Myers Cemetery, Goshen TWP, OH.
