Ruth Alice (nee Arnold) Osborne of Milford, OH, passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 78. Ruth was born on May 7, 1948, in Mt. Vernon, KY. 

Ruth was the beloved wife of 59 years to Rodney “Rod” Price Osborne, loving mother of Patrick (Sarah) Osborne and the late Michael Osborne, mother-in-law of Johanna Osborne, proud grandmother of Jesse (Hannah) Osborne and great-grandmother of Lincoln Osborne, dear sister of Judy (Herb) Couch, and the late Buddy Arnold, and Connie Waugh, cherished daughter of the late Jim and Thelma (nee Durham) Arnold. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and many dear friends. 

Ruth loved spending time with her family and working, making sure everything was clean. 

Friends will be received from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, September 14, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5890 Buckwheat Rd., Milford, where A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM. 

The interment will take place at St. Andrews Cemetery, Milford, OH.
