Hammer-Forbes, mother-in-law of Carol Forbes, loving grandma of Jason T. Forbes, Robyn Reedy, Sophia Forbes, Ryan Forbes, and great grandmother of Carter Forbes, Ethan Reedy, and Austin Reedy, and special friend of Phyllis Clark. April 12, 2009 at age 83.
