Ruth Leora (nee Blair) Gantt, 86, of Loveland, Ohio died February 20, 2016 at Bethesda North Hospital. Mrs. Gantt was born January 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a member of Sycamore Presbyterian Church for over 50 years and enjoyed contributing to its activities & growth. Only last year, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, John R. Gantt. She is survived by loving daughters, Lucinda A. Gantt of Raleigh, NC, Julie K. Gantt of Loveland, OH; grandsons, John and Jay Farrington of Wisconsin; and great grandson Barrett Farrington, whose pictures and videos brought her great joy. She is also survived by brothers, William (Janet) Blair, Gene (Judi) Blair and sister, Bonnie Erpenbeck. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. On Saturday, March 5, a memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM at Sycamore Presbyterian Church, 11800 Mason Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. A light lunch will be served at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Sycamore Presbyterian Church, 11800 Mason Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. Her cremains will be interned at her husband's gravesite in Erlanger, KY later that month.
