Ruth I. (nee Kincaid) of Loveland. Beloved wife of Edward Redmond. Dear mother of Mark (Jennifer) Redmond, Jeff Redmond and Neal (Tracy) Redmond. Grandmother of Brian, Sean, Nicola, Tara and Ian Redmond. Sister of Margaret, Richard, Harry and the late Dallas, Irene, Raymond, Marie and Wayne. Also survived by 16 nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Library Foundation of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, 800 Vine St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
