Ruth F. Pelham of Milford. Loving mother of Pamela (Harry) Steinkamp, Pat (the late Jim) Noyes, and the late Michael Pelham. Cherished grandmother of Harry Steinkamp, III and Kristina Steinkamp. Proud great grandmother of Ava Nicole Steinkamp. Passed away October 15, 2020 at the age of 89.
