Ruth Ellen Boys, of Mason, Ohio, passed away at the age of 85 on July 30, 2013. Ruth and her beloved husband, Clyde Allen Boys (deceased in 2012), were married for 66 years. Ruth was born on a farm close to Cropper, Kentucky on September 12, 1927 to the late Asa Roberts and Lucille Roberts (Rickey). Her sister, Katherine Francis Koepp, survives her. Her brother, Glen Roberts, preceded her in death. Ruth was a loving mother and wife. Of her varied jobs as a secretary, she especially enjoyed working for General Electric, 5/3 Bank, King Oil and Drilling, and Church of the Advent in Walnut Hills. Ruth is survived by five sons: Michael Boys (Betty) of Loveland, Gary Boys (Cheryl) of West Chester, Stephan Boys of Maineville, Kevin Boys (Diane) of Wilmington, and Brent Boys (Lori) of Milford. In addition, Ruth was proud of her 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, who loved Mimi dearly. Friends and family will be received on Friday, August 2nd from 6 to 8 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, OH 45140. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 3rd at 10 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Miami Cemetery in Waynesville, Ohio. Contributions in Ruth's memory may be made to New Life Christian Church, 10829 Sharondale Rd., Sharonville, Ohio 45241. Pallbearers honoring Ruth will be Scott Boys, Andrew Boys, Kyle Boys, Chris Boys, Chris Jones and Asa Roberts. Rev. Michael Boys will be officiating the services for his mom, Ruth.
