Ruth B. Burton, 90, of Blanchester, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 3, 2016, surrounded by family. Born April 13, 1926 in Breathitt Co., Kentucky, daughter of Walker and Susie (nee Clay) Bowman. She is survived by her children, Dave Campbell, Karen (Bob) Balon, Connie (Dan) Jump, Bob (Marsha) Campbell, and Roger (Debbie) Campbell; fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Fee and Carolyn Brandenburg; two brothers, Garland Bowman and Albert Bowman; daughter-in-law, Sandra Campbell; son-in-law, Dale Owens. Along with her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Isaiah Campbell; son, Don Campbell; a daughter, Linda Owens; brother, Earl Bowman and sister, Edna Cecil. A funeral will be held at 12pm on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Blanchester Church of the Nazarene, 10451 OH-28, Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service.
