Russell "Russ" Halsey was born November 22, 1944 to Ray and Daisy (nee Dalton) Halsey and passed away February 25, 2019 at the age of 74. He retired from GE and enjoyed oil painting, the outdoors, restoring old cars, woodworking and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Gail (nee Snethen) Halsey; a daughter, Heather Halsey; a sister Robyn Harp Short. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Cecil Halsey. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday March 9, 2019 from 2-4 pm at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107.
