Russell Frederick Houston, Jr., of Loveland. Beloved husband of 36 years to Debora Houston. Loving father of Stephanie (Jesse) Wesley and step-father of Robert (Lindsay) Brosch. Caring grandfather of Madison, Maci, Maggie, and Mallory Wesley. Step-grandfather of River Brosch. Proud uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Son of the late Russell Houston Sr. and Mary Ruth nee Hornback. Dear brother of Carolyn Hagquist and Paul (Elise) Houston. Fred retired in 2009 from GE Aerospace after 41 years of service. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 1, 2025 at the age of 77.
