Russell Lee Bills of Blanchester, OH, passed away June 16, 2026, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 53 years to the late Phyllis A. Bills. Devoted father of Debbie (Kenny) Spurgeon, Kim (the late Denny) Ross, Jeff (Chandra) Bills, Jennifer (Bob) Brown, and Tracy (Bobby) Huston. Proud grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Caring brother of John Bills, Jr., and the late Helen Faye Stevens, Robert Bills, Roger Bills, and Raymond E. Bills. Cherished brother-in-law of Virginia Nicely. Loving son of the late John L. and Audrey A. Bills.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, June 23, from 6 to 8 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main Street, Blanchester, OH 45107, where a service for Russell will be held the following day, Wednesday, June 24, at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Westboro Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
