Ruby J. Spicer, beloved wife of the late John Spicer, dear mother of Billie (John) Linkous, loving grandmother of Ernest R. Perkins, Margaret J. Moore, and Gary N. Perkins, and of 8 great grandchildren and of 1 great-great grandchhild. Friday Dec. 12, 2003 at the age of 96.
