Roy D. James of Maineville. Devoted father of Nicki (Steve) Bishop. Loving grandfather of Sydney Bishop. Dear brother of Fred (Renee) James, Louise Profitt, Wanda (Don) Crosley, Victor (Linda) James, and David (Dee) James. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Roxie (nee Cole) James and 9 brothers and sisters. He Passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the age of 63. Roy served 33 years with the U.S. Army and retired as Command Sergeant Major in 2011. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home 129 N. Riverside Ave. Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Maineville Cemetery, Hamilton Township with full military honors.
