Roselyn M. "Rosie" Francis, beloved daughter of the late Raymond F. and Cecelia M. (Stagge) Gilpin, dear mother of Susan (Jeff) Davis, Sandra (John) Wilson, and step-mother of Tom White, and Kathy Plavsic, caring sister of Delores Senior, Shirley Senior, Robert Gilpin, Barbara Whaley, Margaret Burnell, and 2 brothers and 1 sister deceased, and loving grandma of 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. April 25, 2008 at age 68. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263-3597.
