Ronald "Ron" Glenn Girard went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on January 5, 2026, at the age of 60. Ron was born in Liberty, KY on October 22, 1965, to Donna Sue (nee Smither) and the late Marvin Glenn Girard.

Ron was the loving father of Justin Nathaniel (Staci) Girard and Brittany Kayla (Shawn Mason) Girard. Proud grandfather of Silas Glenn Girard, Jackson Paul Girard, Lily Loretta Girard, and Liam Michael Glenn Mason. He is also survived by many dear friends.

Ron was a graduate of Goshen High School Class of 1984 and of the University of Cincinnati in 1990. He was employed at Meridian Biosciences for 35 years. He had great love for his family and the Lord.

Friends will be received on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10-11am at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home in Goshen at 1668 St. Rt. 28, where a service will begin at 11am. Interment will take place at Goshen Cemetery.
