Son of Felipe Mendez Pablo and Maria Meredez Reinoso Mendez Aguilar; and figure to many loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and relatives. Dear friend to Many. Passed Away March 31, 2020. Anibal was born and raised in Guatemala where he lived out his youth. It wasn't until he decided to take the risk to come to the United States to seek a better life for himself and his family. Always working hard, he along with the mother of his children, Sonia Sanchez Mejia, through sacrifice and determination were able to provide their children with higher education and determination to continue succeeding in life. Loved, respected, and cherished by many he will always be remembered for his selflessness and disciplined character. Always thinking of those back home he would help out how he could. Never content in one place he would always work on projects whether it be home improvement, car maintenance, or furthering his faith in Spiritism. Although Anibal will be missed dearly, his memories and spirit will live on and watch over us. Due to the current health concerns linked with COVID-19, the family will be holding private services at this time. Anibal nació y creció en Guatemala, donde vivió su juventud. No fue hasta que decidió correr el riesgo de venir a los Estados Unidos, para buscar una vida mejor para él y su familia, se encontró con la madre de sus hijos, Sonia Sánchez Mejía. Con determinación y sacrificio pudieron brindarles a sus hijos una educación superior y continuar triunfando en la vida. Amado, respetado y apreciado por muchos, siempre será recordado por su generosidad y su carácter disciplinado. Siempre pensando en aquellos de su país de Guatemala, él ayudó cómo podría. Nunca se contentaba en un lugar, siempre estaba trabajando en proyectos, que sea trabajo de la casa, mantenimiento de automóviles o fomentando su fe en el Espiritismo. Te extrañaremos mucho Anibal, tus recuerdos y espíritu vivirá y será nuestra ángel de la guardia.
