Roger Lee Roll, 78, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on May 10, 2024.

Born on October 12, 1945, in Lebanon, Ohio, son of Bird and Julia (Combs) Roll. Roger worked for Richards Industries for 30 years before retiring. He was an avid collector of old radios, loved the Las Vegas Raiders, made great mulberry pies, and gave the best advice. Roger was the kindest, most easy going, loving, and generous man. He had a way of making you laugh even if you didn't want to. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Roll; his favorite stepchildren Jeffery (Jennifer) Young and Raina (Soteros) Maniatty; grandchildren, Ryan Young, Sarah Young, Grace Hayes, Annie Mayne, Kyra Mayne, and Rachael Roll.

Along with his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his children, Robert Roll, Brian Roll, and Angela Roll.

The funeral service will take place at 12pm on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Edwardsville Cemetery, Harlan Township.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donation be made to Ohio Hospice of Butler and Warren County, 5940 Long Meadow Drive, Franklin, OH 45005.
