Dear husband of Connie (nee Hedge) Osborn for 40 years. Beloved father of Shannon (Stephanie) Osborn and Scott (Shannon) Osborn. Proud grandfather of Shane Neil Osborn, Spencer Edward Osborn, Katlyn Mae King, Skyler Osborn, Logan Osborn and Alexander Osborn. Beloved brother of the late William (Betty) Osborn, the late Marvin (Bettie) Osborn, the late Bruce (Nellie) Osborn, the late Patricia (Russell) Gammell, Arlene (the late Gene) Trenary, Nancy (the late Billy Joe) McPherson-Living, and the late Linda Osborn. Roger was an Outdoorsman, avid hunter, fisherman and loved his Harley Davidson. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Shannon Osborn, 1540 Alexander Rd. Eaton, OH 45320.
