Loving husband of Patricia Bowling. Dear father of Brian Bowling and Chelsea Bowling. Proud grandfather of Haiden Bowling. Beloved son of Verna Mae and the late Ray William Bowling. Dear brother and brother-in-law of William R. and June Bowling, Debbie and Jerry Paul, and Sharon and Joey Wisbey. Cherished uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He graduated from Wilmington College magna cum laude and from the University of Dayton School of Law summa cum laude, and was also a member of the Dayton Law Review. Roger served as Magistrate for Clinton County Juvenile Court for 20 years and had recent Roger was in the US Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Roger was dedicated to the community, and was active with the Blanchester School Board and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Wilmington, among others.
