He is survived by two sons, Eric and Casey Mendenhall and their mother, Mary Kay Mendenhall all of Loveland; his father and step-mother, Rodger and Barbara Mendenhall of Marietta; two sisters, Becky Mendenhall of Cincinnati and Debbie DeDecker and her husband Willem of Charlotte, NC; one aunt, Janet Gault of Glendale, CA; his step-grandmother, Mrs, W.L. (Mildred) Gramkow of Marietta; three step-sisters, Jamie Prunty of Atlanta, GA; Merrilee Burton and her husband Michael of Marietta; Peggy Schlicher and her husband George of Marietta and two step-brothers, Jeff Prunty and his wife Karen of Marietta and Harry Prunty and his wife Sandy of Virginia Beach, VA. He lived in Loveland for about 20 years and worked for the State of Ohio, as an attendant at a group home for the mentally retarded in Batavia, Ohio.
