Loving husband, father, and "Poppy", Robert Cecil Wilson, passed away on December 18th. Bob was 87 and was surrounded by his loving family when he passed.

He was passionate about sharing the love of our Lord with others. A loyal servant to God, Bob spent many of his hours dedicating his life to the Lord and helping his church. Now that Bob has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Bob's physical life on Earth, it's the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for him. Beside his passion for the good Lord, Bob, also had a passion for woodworking. His family will forever treasure the many items he hand crafted throughout his life.

Bob joins his beloved wife Clara as well as his parents, Lou and Fred Wilson, and sisters Pat, Jean, and Joyce in Heaven. He is survived by loving family members, including son Jeff Wilson, a daughter-in-law Jeanie Wilson, and grandchildren Amanda Wilson and Megan Wilson, as well as his brother Dennis Wilson.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, December 22 from 10-11 AM at the Community Lighthouse Church of God, 4305 Sycamore Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45236, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Interment Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
