Cherished Grandfather of Stephanie (Jonathan) Chan, Tim (Anne) Banks, Jessica (Joe) Holland, & Logan, Brad (Amanda) and David Gittinger. Great Grandfather of Zach, Craig and Fiona. Cherished son of the late William G. Gittinger and the late Rosa (nee Stengel) Gittinger. Dear brother of the late William F. (the late Ruth), the late Elmer C. (the late Katherine), the late Harry E. (the late Toni), the late Bertha (Arthur) Schardt and the late Raymond W. Gittinger. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was a proud veteran in the U.S. Marines. Loved baseball, golfing, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Passed away August 1, 2016 at the age of 86.
