Tracy, Robert Victor of Loveland. Beloved husband of Jane Haley Tracy. Loving father and father-in-law of Gregg and Winnie Tracy, Keith and Kathy Tracy. Grandfather of Melinda, Rob, Laura and Andrew Tracy. Brother of Mary Miller and the late Thelma Williams, the late Edna Williams, the late Pearl Dreiscoll, the late Voyden Tracy, the late Leo Tracy, the late Cleo Tracy and the late Charlie Tracy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He served in the US Marine Corps. during World War 2 and was honorably discharged.
