Beloved husband of Glenda Kay (nee Brown) Vertner, loving father of Ron Vertner, Cheryl Allgeyer, Robert Vertner, Greg Cashion, Dianna Cashion and Dawn Cashion, caring grandfather of 8 grandchildren, dear brother of Carol Stephenson, Walter Sparks and the late Cheryl Vertner and Donald Vertner, cherished son of the late Victor E. and Mary I. (nee Wright) Vertner. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
