Robert Ray "Bob" Sturgill Sr. of Blanchester, OH. Went home to be with our Lord on April 8, 2023 at the age of 89. Born on November 30, 1933 in Tinsley, KY.

Beloved husband of 70 years to Joann (nee Holland) Sturgill. Loving father of Rita (Rick) Helton, Pam (Jerry) Burton, Bob (Terri) Sturgill Jr., Ed Sturgill, Don Sturgill and Donna (Tim) Owens. Caring PaP of Charissa, Tasha, Ricki, Randall, Paula, Bobby, Melissa, Katrina, Daniel, Timothy, Morgan, Colton and Jordan. Proud Great-Papaw of 22 great-grandchildren and Great-great-Papaw of 11 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of Janice Rhymer, Jack (Pam) Sturgill and the late Leroy, Jimmy, Mose, Bose, Thea, Shirley, Charlotte, Judy, Oma and Mary. Cherished son of the late Isome and Vera (nee Collins) Sturgill. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM on Friday, April 14 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held at 1 PM.
