Robert J. Lutz of Loveland, OH, died on December 2, 2024, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 55 years to Roseann Lutz (nee Broerman). Devoted father of Tracy (John) Youger and Rob (Susan) Lutz. Cherished grandfather of Zach Youger, Lindsey Youger, Carly Youger, Luke Lutz, and Grant Lutz. Caring brother of Paul Lutz, Kate Lutz, Tom Lutz, David Lutz. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Harriet Lutz; and siblings, Rita Trauth, Mary Carol Lutz, and Steven Charles Lutz.

Bob served his country in both the military and as a Secret Service agent. Bob was an Army veteran, serving with the SP/3C 187th Regimental Combat Team and the 11th Airborne Division. Patriotism and respect for our country were very important to him.

Bob was a sports fan. He played softball as a young man on the U.S. Secret Service team, as well as the Optimist Club in West Bloomfield, Michigan. He was a season ticket holder for Xavier University, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Cincinnati Bengals. He and Rose were members of the Still Meadow Country Club for 40 years and played golf as individuals and as a couple.

Family and friends will be received from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12 PM.
