Loving father of Jeff (Mary) Halcomb and Robin (Mitch) Rapp. Caring grandfather of Haley Halcomb, Austin Rapp and Hunter Rapp. Dear brother of JoAnn White, Wayne (Beverley) Halcomb, Wanda (Dallas) Hines, Larry (Vicki) Halcomb, Darlene (Daymon) Bush, Sandra (Tom) Stevens, Beverly (Roger) Webb and the late Harold Halcomb. Cherished son of the late Lloyd and Nellie (nee Morrow) Halcomb. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday from 6 - 9 PM and again on Saturday from 9 - 11 AM. A Goshen Masonic Lodge #199 service will be held on Friday evening at 8:30 PM. Funeral services for Bob will be on Saturday, October 6 at 11 AM. Bob was a member of UAW Local 863 and Goshen Masonic Lodge #119.
