Obituary

Robert H. Fuson Jr., aged 65, passed away on November 6, 2024, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on November 24,1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bob was a man of great kindness and generosity, with a profound love for his family and the great outdoors.

He graduated from Loveland High School and furthered his education with two years at Motlow State University in Tennessee, followed by a year at Middle Tennessee State University. He dedicated over 30 years of his career to Roadway / YRC Freight Company, showcasing his commitment and work ethic.

A true sports enthusiast, Bob cherished his time with family as well as fishing and hunting. His passion for sports also extended to being an avid fan of Ohio State football and the Cincinnati Reds. His love for these games was only surpassed by his love for his family and friends. Bob was a devout member of Beacon Baptist Church.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Felicia (Duncan) Fuson; his daughter, Jenna son, Travis (Britt) Fuson; brothers, Mike (Jen) Fuson, Troy (Amie) Fuson; sisters, Kim (Dan) Hardin, Treasa (Tod) Jones; and his cherished grandson, Luke Lambert. He also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Harold Fuson Sr., mother, Beverly "Bobbie" (nee Herthel) Fuson, and brother, Steven Mark Fuson.

Services to honor and celebrate his life will be held at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10 a.m - 12 p.m. with service starting at 12 in Loveland, Ohio. Pastor Dwayne Russell of Beacon Baptist Church will be officiating.

Bob's life was marked by his big heart and his unwavering love for his family, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Bob has suffered many health challenges over the past 5 years of his life. He embraced his battles and fought as any warrior would. He was given "more than his share." He endured suffering daily yet never wavered in his steadfast faith in God, perhaps his most remarkable trait. He fought the good fight. He finished his course. He kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7) His suffering is now over, His race has been won. He is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
