Robert F. Daumeyer of Loveland. Beloved husband of Ann Daumeyer (nee Habig). Cherished father of Robert Daumeyer, Bridget (Julio) Aguilar, Michael (Stacy) Daumeyer, Geoffrey (Teri) Daumeyer, and Laura (William) Sorrell. Proud grandfather of Henry Daumeyer, Clare Daumeyer, Ana Aguilar, Nicolas Aguilar, Lucas Aguilar, Noelle Daumeyer, Casey Daumeyer, Paul Daumeyer, Abigail Daumeyer, Maxwell Daumeyer, Ava Sorrell, and Lea Sorrell. Dear brother of George (Joan) Daumeyer, John (Jean) Daumeyer, Mary Ann (the late Fred) Shinners, William (Alexis) Daumeyer, Barbara Jo (Rob) Pifer, and the late Elizabeth Jane Kreis. Passed away January 26, 2024, at the age of 82.
Bob was a 1959 Graduate of Roger Bacon High School and 1965 Graduate of Xavier University, where he played football. He worked as a salesman for IBM for 23 years. Bob's greatest joy was his family. He coached all five of his children in various sports. He was a gifted athlete and loved children, so he was a natural. He never met a stanger. Always befriending anyone he met. He welcomed everyone into his world. He was someone who made anyone he spoke to think they were the most important person in the world. He will be greatly missed.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, February 5, 2024, from 9:30-10:30 AM at St. Columban Church, 894 Oakland Rd., Loveland, where Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Columban Church.
