Robert "Bob" Connelly of Perrysburg formerly of Loveland. Devoted husband of 60 years of the late Mary Jean Connelly, loving father of Peggy, fond father-in-law of Bill Gluntz, proud grandfather of Maggie and Bill Krebs , cherished great grandfather of Leo & Dora Krebs, and beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Bob was a veteran of WWII who served in seven Pacific invasions and earned two Purple Hearts. Retired from Proctor & Gamble as a chemical analyst. Bob left his lifelong home in Cincinnati at age 98 to be able to live near and get to know his great-grandchildren in Perrysburg, Ohio. Died peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 in Perrysburg.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM on Monday, August 19 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 552 Main Street, Milford, OH 45150. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
