Loving husband of 62 years to Marie (nee Ahlers) Back. Dear father of Carl (Cathy) Back, Michael (Sue) Back, Ruth Back, Thomas (Sue) Back, Raymond (Cindy) Back, Janet (Bill) Florian, Margaret (Blaine) Norris, and Karen (John) Bankemper. Proud grandfather of Laura Back, Christopher Back, Renee (Jeremy) Walser, Emily Back, Gregory Back, Katie Florian, Elizabeth Norris, Abigail Back, Sarah Norris, Nicholas Medert, Anna Florian, Brian Back, Jeffrey Back, Jason Bankemper, and Zachary Bankemper. Bob is survived by brother Paul (Marie) Back, sisters Mary (the late George) Dyer, and Theresa (the late Lehman "Dude") Thomas, and sister-in-law Jo Ellen. He was preceded in death by brothers Joseph (Frankie) Back, and William Back, and sisters Sister Mary Regina SND (Loretta), and sister Mary Leonille SND (Estelle). Passed away May 15, 2010 at age of 92. Robert was a member of the US Army Air Force during WWII, and a lifetime member of the VFW #5749, Loveland, Ohio. Former member of St. Columban Cathlic Church for over 60 years and current member of St. Susanna Catholic Church. Family suggest memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
