Robert "Bob" Byrum, age 77, passed peacefully at home in Morrow, Ohio, after a courageous health journey. Cherished son of the late Charles and Betty Byrum. Loving husband of 30 years to Kathy (nee Dane) Byrum. Devoted father of Tracie (Bob) Conley, Christopher Byrum, Kimberly Byrum. Caring grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Beloved brother of Paula (Paul) Hawkins. Proud uncle of John (Lauren) Hawkins and great-uncle of Lyra Hawkins. Bob was loved by his many cousins as well as his two cats Sissy and Bubby. He enjoyed landscaping, golfing, watching sports, and was intrigued by trains and planes. He served in Vietnam in the US Army and spent his lifetime as a mechanical engineer. Bob was a kind soul with an amazing sense of humor and a big heart. He was the best at giving advice. He is greatly loved and will be fiercely missed by all of his friends and family.
