Robert W. Bronner, age 97, formerly of Loveland, was born September 8, 1923 in Reading, OH and died June 4, 2021 at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash, OH.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Rosetta (nee Lewis); son Michael; parents Joseph and Gertrude Bronner; and siblings Marian Vaske, Caroline Anderson, Gertrude Anderson and Joseph Bronner. He is survived by his children Robert Jr. (Hope), Rosemary (Bronner) Krebs, Ron (Brenda), Rick (Pam), and Terry (Sandy); 20 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He served in WWII from 1943-1946 in the European Theater. He was a lifelong member of the American Legion, the VFW, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for 79 years, serving as State President, Past State President, and Grand Aerie Regional President. For the Loveland Local 3006 Fraternal Order of Eagles he served as Secretary for over 30 years, also held offices of President, Vice President, Past President, Treasurer, and he was the last surviving charter member.
Friends will be received Sunday, June 13 from 3-6 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will be held Monday, June 14 at 11 AM.
