Robert "Bob" Lee Philpot of Batavia, OH., formerly of Delhi, OH. Passed away to the great Pole Barn in the sky on November 29, 2020 at the age of 60. Bob was born on March 8, 1960 in Cincinnati, OH to Robert and Dorothy Philpot. Bob excelled in Football at Oak Hills High School, where he graduated in 1979. He married his high school sweetheart, Mary Swegman, on June 11, 1983. Bob and Mary had three children and enjoyed family time together. He worked for 30 plus years as a truck driver. Bob loved enjoying the outdoors; camping, boating, motorcycles and later in life enjoyed spending time with his chickens and ducks. Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Elizabeth (nee Swegman) Philpot; two loving daughters, Jennifer Lee Philpot and Nicole Philpot; a caring son and daughter-in-law, Travis Alexander (Nicki) Philpot; three grandchildren, Emma Braunstein, Makenna Berry and August "Gus" Philpot; sister, Mary Loue (Jack) Mardis; brother, Brandon Philpot; niece, Scarlett Bardo. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Layman and Dorothy Lee (nee Dance) Philpot.
