Robert "Bob" Holliday of Loveland, OH. Born on August 19, 1920 in Gays Creek, KY. Died on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Juanita (nee Bowling) Holliday. Loving father of Robert Charles (Vera Jane) Holliday, Phillip Dean (Mollie) Holliday and Larry Wayne Holliday. Caring grandfather of Melody Elizabeth (Anthony) Reynolds, Robert Dean Holliday, Kristen Michelle (Michael) Miller and Michael J. (Jessica) Holliday. Proud great-grandfather of Parker James Holliday and Madeline Elizabeth Reynolds. Dear brother of the late Jenny Geyer, Juanita Riley, June Holliday and AB Holliday. Cherished son of the late Ira and May (nee Gay) Holliday. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Bob proudly served in the United States Army during WWII. He also served 34 years in public education and 20 years as director of RSVP of Warren County. Services will be held on Monday, January 12, 7:30 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, where friends will be received from 6 PM - 7:30 PM. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 1 PM at Berea Cemetery, Berea, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Buckhorn Children's Foundation, 116 Buckhorn Ln., Buckhorn, KY 41721 Rev. Dr. Lonnie Darnell of Loveland Presbyterian Church will be the minister for Bob's services in Ohio. Joe Payne will be the minister for the graveside service in Berea, KY. VFW Memorial Team will be having a military service at the cemetery in Berea, KY.
