Rita Marie (Weber) Haagen, 71, departed from this life, Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in the company of her family at home. Rita dedicated her life to proving that the impossible could be attained whether it be one of the youngest female radiologist in her hometown to her numerous charitable works to pouring all of her love into raising two amazing children while welcoming many others into her home as her own. Rita was always there for anyone who needed a hug, a shoulder to cry upon or someone to talk to in a time of need. Her beautiful smile was contagious and will be missed by so many loved ones near and far. Surviving are husband, Darl Haagen of Avondale Arizona; children Taunja (James) Kruckeberg and Jared (Lisa Bates) Haagen; sister Carrie (Charles) Waugh of Avondale, Arizona; six grandchildren Kylie Kruckeberg, Katelyn Kruckeberg, Claire Kruckeberg, Nick Kruckeberg, Austin Haagen, and Morgan Haagen. Rita was proceeded in death by parents Sylvia & Harold Weber and sister, Connie (Dave) Kizer. A ceremony to celebrate Rita's wonderful life will be held Wednesday, November 27, 11:00am at St. Margaret of York in Loveland, Ohio. Memorials to Hospice of Miami Valley or to the family for scholarship funds for her grandchildren's college savings.
