Ricky "RJ" L.Z. Surface, 31, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on May 25, 2016. He was the beloved son of Ricky and Patsy Surface; loving father of Robert Surface; dear brother of Jamie (Garrett) Baker and Timothy Surface; proud uncle of Zack, Alex, Abby, Mickey, and Annabelle; also survived by many aunts. Uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones. Ricky was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Audrey Creech and Robert and Virginia Surface.
