Rick "Pop Pop" H. McCabe of Mason. Beloved husband of 44 years to Becky (nee Holt) McCabe. Loving father of Magan R. McCabe (deceased), Clint R. (Katie) McCabe, Emily A. (Bob) Feldman, Kelly M. McCabe and Joseph M. McCabe, A1C. Proud grandfather of Zoe Feldman, Abigail Feldman, Bobby Feldman, Miles McCabe, Laney McCabe and Josie McCabe. Son of the late Helen and Harvey McCabe. Brother of Karen (David) Hogan, Michael (Jacqui) McCabe and Patrick McCabe. Rick cherished his Becky, loved his kids and adored his grandchildren. "Pop Pop", a self taught master craftsman who never met a stranger, dedicated his life to helping others. Rick passed away March 26, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends will be received Monday, April 5 from 6-8 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, April 6 at 11 AM at St. Columban Church, 894 Oakland Rd., Loveland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
