Richard M. Wallingford, age 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed October 11, 2016. Beloved son of (the late) Mary E. and Owen S. Wallingford, loving father of Sharon Minton, Shelli West and Nicholas Wallingford and beloved brother of Robert Wallingford (wife, Joy).
