He was born March 1, 1944 in Loveland, Ohio, son of Victor Hiles and Ruth (nee Hill) Hiles. Richard Victor worked as a Roofing Contractor. Surviving are his Wife of 44 years, Cassandra "Sandy" R. Hiles of Goshen, OH, Son, Troy Hiles, son, Wade Hiles, daughter, Denise (Andrew) Long, daughter, Andrea (Keith) Roberts. Sister, Sharon Gheen and niece, Donata Pittman. Grandfather of 18 grandchidlren. Richard Victor was preceded in death by Father, Victor Hiles, Mother, Ruth Hiles, Son, Trenton Hiles. Friends will be received at Cozaddale Baptist Temple, 10632 Eltzroth Rd., Goshen, Wednesday, February 29, from 6 to 8 PM, where services will be on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 10 AM. Interment will be at Murdoch Cemetery, Hamilton Township, Ohio.
