Richard (Dick) Higgins, 78, of Maineville. Survived by his dearly beloved wife of 54 years Jane Higgins. Loving father of Scott, Angie and Bonnie. Proud grandfather of six grandchildren. Dear brother of David Higgins, Patricia Berne and the late Edward and Eugene Higgins. Warren County Realtor for 45 years and motorcycle enthusiast. Passed away March 20, 2023.
