GOEHLER Richard M. "Dick" of Loveland, OH, age 54, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 15, 2011. He is survived by Jerri Goehler and their two children Michael and Laura; his mother Donna (Cogan) Goehler; brothers Doug (Colleen) Goehler, Denny Goehler and Dan (Amy) Goehler; nieces and nephews Brandon, Kate, Ryan, Matt, Ashley, Drew, Cortney and Megan. Preceded in death by his father, Richard T. Goehler. Dick was blessed and loved by many close friends, colleagues and relatives. Dick was a 1975 graduate of Bryan High School, a 1979 graduate of Miami University, and received his Juris Doctor from The University of Notre Dame Law School in 1982. An attorney and partner with Frost Brown Todd, LLC., Dick's practice concentrated in the areas of First Amendment and Media Law. Highly accomplished and respected in his area of expertise, he authored numerous publications and presentations, and was recognized in four categories in Best Lawyers in America 2008-2011, selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers 2005-2011, and recognized in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers 2009-2010 & 2010-2011. His memberships include the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. Friends will be received at St. Margaret of York Catholic Church, 9483 Columbia Rd., Loveland, Sunday, March 20 from 5 - 8 PM and on Monday, March 21 from 10 - 11 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Monday at 11 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, OH.
