Richard D. Shanks, 72, of Cincinnati, passed away July 12, 2014. He was the beloved father of Ryan Shanks, Tammy Bevis, and Laura Inabnitt; loving grandfather of Olivia Shanks, Casey Bevis, Trevor Bevis, Devon Bevis, Lilly Bevis, Kelly Inabnitt, and Mark Inabnitt; proud great-grandfather of Olivia Inabnitt, Linsey Inabnitt, and Isabella Inabnitt; Brother of seven siblings; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Agnes Shanks and six siblings.
