Richard "Bird" L. Garrison, 72 of Blanchester, OH, passed away on Wednesday February 18, 2015 at Clermont Mercy Hospital. He was born June 25, 1942 to Henry and Dora (Hatch) Garrison. Richard was a member of the Blanchester Eagles and the Suwannee River Moose. He is survived by his wife Martha "Marty" Garrison; a brother Charles Garrison; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Allen; brothers, Art and Don Garrison; and one nephew. Memorial Services and Eagle Services will be held on Wednesday February 25, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where Friends will be received from 5-6:30 PM. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday February 26, 2015 at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fayetteville, OH.
