Richalee P. Rice of Cincinnati, OH, passed away July 29, 2025, at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Rice. Devoted mother of Pam Rice and the late Sharon Rice. Caring sister to the late William Castleberry Jr and  the late Charles Eugene Castleberry.  Loving aunt to Linda Castleberry Thomas. Cherished sister-in-law of Blanche Castleberry.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11 AM at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 6320 Chandler Street, Cincinnati, OH 45227, where a memorial service for Richalee will begin at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richalee's honor may be directed to the Kennedy Heights Arts Center, 6546 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45213, or to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O.
